Terms and Conditions

Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code – Legislative Decree 206/2005 and applicable Italian law

Scope and Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.hotellamagione.eu and the booking services offered by Hotel La Magione, located at Via Senese, 293, 53036 Poggibonsi (SI), Italy. By accessing the site or making a booking, the user fully accepts the conditions described herein. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the site.

Services Offered

The site allows users to obtain information about hotel services, submit availability requests or quotes and, where available, make online bookings via dedicated platforms. Bookings may be managed directly by Hotel La Magione or through external technical partners (e.g. Booking Engine or Channel Manager), which process data exclusively on behalf of the hotel and in compliance with the GDPR.

Booking Process

Users may submit availability requests or bookings through the form on the site or via the official booking engine. All bookings will be confirmed by email to the address provided. A booking is considered valid only upon receipt of the official confirmation from the hotel. Special requests (e.g. extra beds, dietary requirements, accessibility needs) must be communicated in advance and will be fulfilled subject to availability.

Rates and Payments

Rates published on the site are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. All payments are made in accordance with the conditions indicated during the booking process. Hotel La Magione reserves the right to modify rates at any time; however, already confirmed bookings will not be subject to price changes. Payment may be required in advance or at check-in, depending on the rate type selected (e.g. flexible or non-refundable).

Cancellation Policy and No-Show

Cancellation and refund conditions are specified during the booking process and in the email confirmation received. In the event of a no-show or cancellation beyond the permitted deadline, the full amount of the stay or a penalty as indicated in the selected rate may be charged.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is generally available from 14:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed with reception. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

User Responsibilities

Users are required to provide truthful and up-to-date information when booking. The use of the site for fraudulent, harmful or unlawful purposes is prohibited. Hotel La Magione cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the site or temporary service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logo, design, source code) is the exclusive property of Hotel La Magione or its respective authors and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, modification or distribution of content, even in part, is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

While ensuring maximum accuracy of published information, Hotel La Magione accepts no liability for errors, omissions or interruptions in services provided by third parties (e.g. booking providers, payment processors or external services).

Personal Data Processing

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site, drawn up pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement, the Court of Siena shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
